Jason replaced a brand new metal roof that had been installed incorrectly by another roofing company who could not and ultimately would not fix it. The roof needed to be replaced, not patched again for the 7th time. I interviewed several other roofers and Jason was the ONLY roofer who confidently said he could and would do it right. He arrived promptly, kept work debris to a minimum and communicated every detail effectively and accurately. His replacement roof which actually works cost less than the original roof AND he stands behind his work and product. He also fixed a couple of trouble spots at no extra charge when he did a once over on other parts of my roof. He is our roofer for life.

Milliken’s just finished my new roof after pulling up all 3 layers of the old roofing and laying new decking, etc. Complete overhaul! Jason had me on his schedule within a week of meeting, and had the roof done in 4 days. Everything went smoothly, and I was very appreciative of Jason’s great communication throughout the process. He made sure to discuss everything with me first before making any decisions. And when I noticed some facia board and siding had worn down underneath the old roof, he made sure to have it fixed/replaced and painted within a day! Would definitely recommend Milliken’s Roofing!
